I want to download os rapids 9550 but there is no os in the download tool/Main_Software/BlackBerry/Rapids/ end how to flash condition DEVICE ERROROS 365 RISET

you can flash with sfi and app,you can find sfi and ap vie phone prd,which is printed at phone back sticker.

inside software have a download tool from there.
now how to know which sfi and app work for your phone?
in blackberry flash tab have a option to find sfi and app vie prd,prd is printed at phone back remove battery and check.
