to the support team

am comfused very much about these dongles,who can help me out of this? i have two dongles in my hands when i got the first it refused to update completely with read dongle data error. then came the second dongle it also has invalid data decode.so indont know what to do
i have changed operating systems losing my valuable data but still the same problems.who can help me? i have experience of operating over 20 unlocking tools sofar, but this one has gone beyond my expectation

two different supporters have tried to solve my case but through team viewer but all in vain.the first said it is acard reader problem i brought another dongle then came the second one said it was operating system.then i changed it now still the same, am worried whether i will ever use this dongle

I will consult you tomorrow on snork .but if it fails iwill wait for those updates to be added in pc version especially mep o solution imagine the expnse I have through to get two dongles from chaina on two occasions

i want to thank the support team for helping me to solve my problem concerning my two dongles.today i have officially decided to do away with issues pertaining your dongles and decided to wait for pc version updates especially mep o unlock to be added via credits let me hope the money wasted on those dongles as occupational loss and risks and uncertinities encountered when doing anything
