After Upadte Box into Connectivivy Diag- Box doesn't work

Hello, I have a problem with Easy Jtag
I formatted the computer and I wanted to configure the box, and I noticed such a program as "Easy JTAG Connectiviva Diag Software"
After clicking "Update Box" my programmer has stopped working, exaclly the SMART card, after removing it, the box shows the red and orange diode,
and the computer detects it as "USB serial device" and when I insert the SMART card, nothing happens,
the LEDs do not burn and the computer can not see the programmer, it only sees "Smart card readers" and in them I have four items called "USB Token Holder".
Of course, I tried to give the "Repair Card" option in Wizard but unfortunately it does not help, it does not see the card at all
Can you fix it somehow ??

Try:

1. Check drivers properly installed.
2. Update BOX FW with box_diag.exe from ..\Z3X\Jtag Drivers\
3. Cross your finger.

there FW ver 1.60 on ..\Z3X\EASYJTAG\Drivers\EasyJTAG_V1\
