Hello ;-) you own a old box. All firmwares for old hardware begins on 1.xx ( e.g 1.62 ). 2.xx firmwares is for new hardware e.g. 2.30.

On last your screenshot everything looks very good ( EasyJtag Control Port ).
Software show message - Card Not Found. Can you try to run shell and update a card ?

Tick - Repair Dead Card
Select reader and insert card again

You have EasyJTAG Box, 1.63 is last firmware for EasyJTAG Box

EasyJTAG Plus Box have a different HARDWARE with EasyJTAG Box. It's a another box, another hardware.

Dear user - there is a different hardware. For example

RIFF and RIFF 2
UFS box and UFS2
EasyJTAG and EasyJTAG Plus.

But non of them can be upgraded to another with a firmware files ;-)

EasyJTAG 1.XX firmwares are capable with old ( Color Body ) box.
EasyJTAG 2.XX firmwares are capable ONLY with new box ( Grayscale Body ).

So if you have a Color box ( EasyJTAG GEN1 ) You cannot update it to 2.XX firmware!
