looks like problem with power, may be low power from battery or power supply, or may be hardware problem with phone board.

It seems you have broken eMMC of hardware failure of eMMC power lines. Please check VDD line of eMMC chip. It must have at least 2.8V.

Sadly New Year are now passing, you try to use ADVANCE BOX, easy jtag is not perfect in repairing this kind of phone (s100 flare). i have also easy jtag, cannot repair by easy jtag, but advance box CAN. I have yesterday a dead S100 Flare, got alive by ADVANCE BOX.
