If CMD Pullup Level is underestimated ( 500-800mV ), it usually means that there are no PullUp resistors between the CMD line and VCCQ in the eMMC connection interface, and this means that errors of detection or operation with eMMC are possible.
If CMD Pullup Level is greatly underestimated ( 100-300mV ), it most likely means that the CMD line is shorted to ground.

CMD Pullup Level: - The signal level that the chip gives out.
