(CMD Timeout Error) .. A Common Problem That I Need to Understand!

Lately, i'm getting this error when i try to detect eMMC with EasyJTAG,
I get this error with most eMMC i try to repair,
Although, i can detect and repair alot of others eMMC,
I just don't know what this error refers to, and how to deal with it,

The error:

My adapter:

At first, i thought it's related to bad wire soldering, but i've checked "alot" and i've found that every single wire is connected to it's pin,
I've also applied 2res from 1.8v to D0 and CMD but that didn't help,
Today, i repaired J100H and N8000, but i have H818p and I9200 which i can't repair since i can't detect because of that error,

Now, i just need an explanation,
Why i'm getting that error?, What it's refers to?, How to deal with it?,

Thanks in advance

Actually, eMate Pro is in the way from China ..

But since i can detect and repair alot of eMMCs, then i think it's not an adapter related issue, is it?,

Thanks for the tip sir, it's very useful.

Still seeking for an explanation here ....

just chsck you're adpter by multimiter
put v3 cable

chsck volter 1.8 = 1.78 to2.5 volt sohow
and 2.8 = 2.8 to 4 volt show then you're adpter is OK

if 1.8 an 2.8 show olny 1.78 it is manfutucrer defetecd
