Short 4 CLK wires together
Set Clk rate 21/14MHz
Set IO level 2,8/1.8V
Set "HiPower CLK mode"
Connect to board only GND, CMD/CLK/Dat_0
Connect USB power to board



2) for NEW Box (Black-White box) with 2.xx box firmware

Use complect ISP adapter (use 1 line CLK)
Set Clk rate 18/24MHz
Set IO level 1.8V
