i buy new easyjtag its worked well suddenly box not found problem came i checked drivers everything ok but box not found problem came i tryed to check z3x shell it's shows card not found so ityed to repair hardware wizard its allso getting card not found

your software does not detect a smart card

if it is difficult for you to remove the card from the slot and try to read it in a card reader, then can send the box to reseler for warranty service

if the LED on the box blinks smoothly, it means you need to correctly install the driver on the upgrade port and run the EasyJTAG software to update box firmware
