i have bought my easy jtag first time user of easy jtag need your assistance

when i install i encounter this problem

hello i just did what you said but still cannot install it
1.i disabled my antivirus even my fire walls
2. download d latest installer3
3. restart my pc
4. reformat my pc and still the same problem
