Easy-JTAG eMMC HTC problem?

Just attempting to read the data from a HTC M9 0PJA100.

I have had one of these before where it wasn't successful. The partition information does not get read in and it says:

There are a couple of other weird things on this one:

1. The NAND only ready for 128MB then stops with a read timeout error.
2. The data itself (hex) contains only "ER 18" and then the rest of a sector is zeros.
3. The fact that a previous case on this model came up as the exact same (even device serial number) and did the exact same, could it be something with the SK-Hynix chips that they are protected from being read?

If this is posted in the wrong place sorry.

you have bad connection, bad voltage, or bad EMMC.

Did someone ever resolved this one, I also get "ER18" in the result data from two different chips

Hi krillekrokodil, I had to conclude this one as a dead eMMC, it may have been the eMMC that died, I may have applied too much heat to the device, impossible to say exactly what.
