hi I purchased z3x easy jtag box in November last year and now I purchased easy jtag plus box but its not working it doesn't have easy jtag plus activation but my box is less than six months old can any1 help.thanx

Hi !

As I was in similar situation !
Problem actually is when You cant prove it purchase !
So far your Smartcard ID is your Customer ID and verification is based
only at that number (smart card Serial Number)

If You was/are owner of Easy Jtag basic (1st release) as far as that indicate
in shell/Hardware wizard You need contact Your reseller to activate that !

If unresponsive send mail to Z3X team directly and attach proof of purchase !
The worst is You need supply invoice for Easy Jtag 1st release as well as
Z3X team probably made some changes and Easy jtag 1st release no more
appear in Hardware wizard

In case if nothing help or want save lot of time If Your Easy Jtag does not work without reason , just like that like in my case , hopefully You paid by Paypal
coz than You have 180 days to make claim as I did !

I purchased Easy Jtag 1st release (at day of purchase was 5) 6 months ago
and nobody believe me I had allready buy it I had purchased upgrade kit but was uselles without activation so 2 moths of corenspondence and be treated like amator later like cheater was enough for me !

Of course I fully understand as Z3X team (MR.Blang) as reseller and no blaim nobody as my case find happy end as had activated and use it !

Make things simpler for You send mail to reseller ..... just one ...next if no answer or disagree with Your request open claim... as freezed money are easier to see

coz if they see like money is freezeed at account believe me 24h is max when You got it as my reseller made activation in exactly 2 MINUTES this same bit record as I had see
