i just bought new box i got this problem, installed latest update, tried new pc but same problem?

what version of software you using?
what version of OS you have on pc?

show device manager.

also try keep CNTRL pressed and run software. this will help update box firmware.

latest version 2.9.0.1

pc 1 windows 8.1 64 bit with disable signature driver

pc 2 windows 7 32 bit

but same result

keep CNTRL pressed and run software

but same problem sir.

1st download this EasyJtag_Release_v2.9.0.1 version
2nd setup this version on my pc
3rd run only easyJTAG tool
4th auto update device
Do all steps problem will be solve . Post result also.

tried this method but same problem
already formatted pc fresh os install but nothing change
how to solve this

Hi,
I don't see card in device manager.
It looks something is wrong with card connection to box.
Please, try to remove/insert card from box (make sure that card inserted properly).
If you have separate USB card reader, check card with Z3X Shell (to make sure that card is not damaged).
If can't solve this problem, contact your reseller.

i think while shipping or card inserting by reseller. something happens with socket.

I buy easy jtag box yesterday 18 September 2020. but when connected box after software install then box card appear number. After some time red light and blue light blinking. I shut down computer and start the computer but the red light and blue light on box blinking continuously. Now today the box is off and not lights on is on. And box is dead. Thanks for advance

check device manager and installed driver

flashing only left led - EasyJTAG box at update mode

blinking RED led - error with initialize box: windows can't access to box (need restard PC and re-initialize USB devices)

at flash mode use need install "EasyJTAG Update port driver"
if uou use win 10 - you need disable driver sighning:

run at command promt:
bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
