to see if I understand, my easy-jtag is obsolete for the new functions, something like what octopus did with jellyfish and you have to buy the new one because of the hardware changes included ... it's not worth anything as adapter, cable and accessory have sold and manufactured so far .... thanks owner of ort-plus almost without access to support, jellyfish practically forgotten, riff asking for money and more money without anything relevant to contribute and now waiting for this SURPRISE

old hardware funcionaly with new updates? or need new hardware?

yes. but speed will like before.
if you want high speed and other new function then you need new box.
old box will work with new software but function which impossible to release on new hardware will disabled.

it's mean after 6 months need to renew activation?

it means if you buy 1 month to 6 months ago you can have that free activation but if you buy morethan 6 months you need to buy new activation

check the market price for only socket. there are 100+ usd.
if you have more than 6month old box - i have to repaired lot of phones and got money for this xx times.
and if you want repair phone with more speed with some hot function - buy new hardware update kit. no any problem here.
