"CMD level is to low" - you see at log (may be chort-cuted to GND)

if something doesn’t work, you need to use other methods. ISP is a non-substantiated connection to the board. sometimes it doesn't work

you need use 1,8, like as PCB, and more faster FREQ (14-21Mhz) also try to use Hi-Power CLK

i have a emmc from huawei mate 20 lite and i need read thhe emmc chip, but the sw see like a dead emmc.
i tried with a different vendor but the answer is the same
