could you plz help me repair boot samsung G3815 step by step

i have a problem after i solder the pin and run easy repair it shows in the log

Failed to open port... (\\.\COM3) ====> this port where the box is connected

Please Uninstall RIM Software. Its often block access to serial ports.

Please check if you have a Blackberry RIM Desktop or another software that can block access to serial ports. If nothing helps PM us a team viewer ID for remote assistance.

We fix it as soon as possible. At this moment try to use old versions.

This bug is created when we work with compatibility with windows 8/10.

VCC - 3.3/2.8v - not very important, 2,8 or 3,3
VCCQ - 1,8v/3.3 - as adapter switch selected
