why i cant registerd my card in shell.. aka card not found, card not detected...

in z3x shell

trying update my card... ooops card not detected

is their a problem in installation or card not detected by box.. fresh as new box 2 weeks almost. supplier said this box is installed b4 deliver. and card found then why card not found in 3 machine OS win 7,xp,sp3

Connect both box Z3X BOX and EASY JTAG, If you want to use easy Jtag. Dont seperate the box. works for me.

i tried connect both box easy and z3x today but still not solve... they only card detected on the shell is my z3x smart card and not easy jtag card. when i try to dl easy jtag files result is error. i will return my box tommorow to the supplier because he said box card is detected b4 delivery. i also reinstalled smart card driver, and update it again but still no luck. thnx for the reply people...

check smartcard back on box dont full push in box for smart card into box,

Hello , try to recover card with usb card reader by shell than put in bok and every think must be ok

i almost tried registerd or recovered my card in shell but i stuck always at smartcard not detected.., how could i update or activate my easy jtag smart card if even in shell the card is not detected? but my z3x samsung box card is detected, perhaps z3x card not support to DL jtag files in support. i dont push or full the card because there is a warranty sticker attach and covering the card. i dont think if card is inserted fully.now jtag is RTS(return to supplier) this day.

Finally i connaeactected both box and smart card... card not found problem solve After RTS then they guide me on how to connect my card.. problem fixed by adjustment the smart card cuz it is fully inserted thats why showing card not found.. they put a mark on the card so that i am guided if my card will not detect again..
