There's no "universal" pinout if that's what you meant and MTK phones that does communicate via USB can mostly be done via USB only so no changes here.
It's not really true..... you can find eMMC ISP without any soldering using few methods.... we will soon show to perform those using VR-Table

All eMMC data lines support (1bit, 4 bit and 8 bit) with high speed USB hardware (~20 MB/s) will be available in new Easy-Jtag Plus box.
Best Regards
so..., is it possible to enable 4bit data lines to current box?? due to there many
emmc socket / adapter compatible with current easy jtag box??

Yes, you're right, you can check schematics if possible, try on another board or just use a trial and error method like described here. It's easier with your vr-table as you don't have to solder anything, but there are also phones that has at least one of the required pins connected directly to the CPU (like Lumia 435 with data lines) and it's a no-go anyway.

If there are no full pinout needed for direct (so eMMC ISP) then ofcurse you cannot locate it but there is also other way not described here using oscilloscope and signals tracing - similar method are using for compliance test/debuging eMMC....
