Try to use pull-up resistors 100 ohm between CMD and 1.8V, DAT0 and 1.8V like ATF. Please, show log, let me know phone model, make photo of your setup etc. I need more info to resolve this problem ! It can be box hw issue (some soldering problem) or some ISP to box incorrect connection (some third party ISP adapters has incorrect GND connection).
