eMMC adapter question to vcc, vccq and 3.3V 3 Attachment(s) I have this eMMC adapter from Multi-Com and on this adapter there is for power 1.8V and 2.8V (see picture in attachment) to solder on pcb. On some eMMC pinouts i see vcc, vccq and also 3.3V (as an example i have put the pinout of the N8000 to the attachment) My question is: from adapter pin 1.8V to which pin of vcc, vccq and 3.3V i shall solder? the same question with adapter pin 2.8V. or is it: 1.8V = vccq 2.8V = vcc ? = 3.3V i hope to get an answer as soon as possible, br |
Hi , there to power lines: VCC- 2,8...3.3V thats are minimum and maximum values. VCCQ - 1,8V Power for IO bus. So thats funny but truth 2.8V = 3.3V |
to understand it correctly: as you write 2.8=3.3 this means that my adapter can reach also the maximum value of 3.3V, yes? br Gesendet von meinem GT-I9100 mit Tapatalk |
furthermore on the emmc pinout of the samsung N8000 which i have uploaded in the first post shows pins for vcc and 3.3V. according to your answer it is vcc = 3.3V. so a mistake in the pinout? vcc is supposed to be vccq? or how is this pinout to understand? br Gesendet von meinem GT-I9100 mit Tapatalk |
The emmc device have tolerance , and u can use 2,8v or 3,3 v , these are the tolerance to power up ur ic . |
thanks. would be great when somebody also clears my last question about the pinout of N8000. br Gesendet von meinem GT-I9100 mit Tapatalk |
