Hi,
Try to use latest Easy-Jtag release v2.5.0.4.
We fixed some issues regarding force erase eMMC password.

this happened when i tried yesterday easy jtag plus and select pit file and this firmware to write N8000XXUDNF2_N8000OJVDNF3_N8000XXUDNF1_HOME.tar
then after finished emmc have password and cant erase it

Hi,

I can see in the log that EMMC Permanent Write protection is ON.
When this flag is set, force erase eMMC password operation doesn't work, except some old MMC 4.0-4.1 chips.
For this case you can try to use Samsung: Remove Write Protection from Advanced Operation tab.
This operation should remove EMMC Permanent Write protection.
After that possible to use force erase eMMC password.
If doesn't help, use Samsung: MoviNAND Factory Reset / MoviNAND Format and Reset.

BTW, is there a way to read data out of password protected chip? I have microSD card, which is detected by Windows but no usable data there. When plugged into adapter and read by easy-jtag i see:

I can try to erase password but it says that data will be lost. When i try to read the data, is says that i have to erase the password first. Customer has some pictures there she wanted to recover. I assume card went bad password is just random crap. Any idea if anything else can be done?

but i cant do all function its mean i cant remove permanent write production
cant write or erase rom 1 and 2 or other
i can only MoviNAND Factory Reset / MoviNAND Format and Reset. and this didnt help

Piece of ****! in yours video we can see that there is no password lock!!! and for what reason you do all operations! CRAP!!!

i also faced this issue two times reason was i have soldered vcc wire on vccq point and vccq wire soldered on vcc after desoled and solder on axact points problem fixed sorry for my bad english i think you understand

hello sir .. How can remove emmc password ?we need to use jumber in the mother board( same the way dead boot ) there is other methord to remove user sercurity code using usb cable ??thanks
