Explain me easy jtag plus activation - GSM-Forum

i have a problem
have 2 easy jtag
1 of 2017
1 of 2015
need update this smart cards already buyed PLUS upgrates with socket but not work without activation

i read someone threads and you say not possible.

you mean that we buy the upgrade lose the money?
It should be possible to activate the old smartcard we are old customers we also deserve an option

i dont have problem buying activation only want not lose my dinner of upgrate plus with sockets

exist 1 type of update pack.
1 - for user who activation box older than 7.7.2017 this pack included activation and price for pack higher.
2 - for user who activate box after 7.7.2017 till date of release of easyjtag plus = this pack include only hardware and cost only hardware price.

before buy pack - read you have to read sticked thread about update pack.

activation will come if you will have easy-jtag plus hardware.
