problem solved many days ago ,I didn't have time to share it
it wasn't hardware problem,just manipulation:
its very easy ,you must insert usb 1st then hold vol down + home + power,keep holding them untill phone reboots ,it will enter bootloader .that's it

don't play with system files so you don't have problems later (imei,baseband...) just write factory bootloader file and do the manipulation .

i have same unit

jtag and flashing done, the phone is alive now but no signal

IMEI on system dos't match to IMEI in phone's sticker
