this and some Hynix BGA254 chips (H9HP16AECMMD) work with only VIO rate: 1.8v < VIO < 2.0v

1) You need select use 1.8v VIO for e-Socket

2) Check 1,8 line voltage at ISP mode (1,8v at software). If you box have smallest voltage (1,75-1,79) you need modify your box to up it to 1.85
(need add (solder) 100k resistor at parrallel with 10k default box resistor)

Soldered 100K Parrallal, didn't work.

Changed R45 10K still not detecting any SKHynix BGA 254 Chip.
