Exclamation how to repair EMEI GT-9300


hiii guys.. i changed the EMMC chip for Samsung S3 (GT-I9300) its working fine, but the IMEI number NULL . I try to repair through Z3X box but its giving below the error. how to make solve this problem please help me...
