EasyJTAG will be not work with security, because IMEI repair is not legal procedure at some country.

Adding such functions will not only require additional work, but will also change the license agreement and program distribution issues in some countries

Imei repair is legal in evry country if the phone is legit (mine) and i dont do any illegal related things. I thinks is only a add-on work, and license adjuste becouse is the same license for Jailbreak; Root; Mod a console and ecc ecc ecc..
