what help you need?
how select dumps (firmware) files and write it to eMMC?
it easy - download it from support, select firmware or dumps and press "Write"

also i am not sure about model which model have seems phone dead qcomm mode only how identify the model 816 simple 816d 816t 816w ??


i have download dump from site name file HTC_816_A5_DUG_6.0.1 emmc dump but after write this error

1) you can write athoter dump to power on mobile and try to write original firmware over it

2) it not a error - it a warning
