the jpg in suport is wrong and no 2.8v pin !!!

I need A320F pinout too, did you find something?
I think he only way to acess memory is removing the chip.

use HiPowerr CLK mode

Can you give more details about HiPower CLK mode?
2.8V and 1.8V not connected and the device supply is USB?

its means you can connect to the emmc without soldering the vcc and vccq, just use the usb for power supply of the emmc

Set to HiPower CLK mode and you just solder the CLK,CMD,DATA0 and GND
by plugging the usb you can connect to emmc
