Hi,
Your eMMC looks fine, read operation OK.
But in some cases eMMC has random block data corrupt problem.
So try to write something into eMMC with enabled Writy Verify option.

u can use kmvtu for all square pin , p3100 9500 n7000 n7100 xiaomi zenfone etc . just made ffu and factory erase , then write the correct extcsd boot1 boot 2 then userarea ( 128 mb or 512mb or full dump depend on your phone target ) tested by me
