i9300 emmc

hi ,i9300 emmc ok but,phone dead ,

power supply voltage 20 .22 ,30 0 20 22 down,up

How to solve this problem ?

ROM 1 512 mb

ROM 2 2 mb must be written for a ROM2 for 1 mb rom ?

ME also want to know if I write i9300 rom2 select 2mb. Or1 mb ??
