here is log file customer said he install an apk file (game or application) after that phone gose dead
there is no emmc name and sn and cant write rom 1,2,3 and extsd file

ut maype becuse of japan emmc so that cant e read it

cant read emmc partitions, emmc not supported or maybe dead.

Best ways is ISP .but sometimes in this model wrong/bad vcc/q can make same thing
so please check vcc/vccq and connect both together
