jtag-isp adapter(moorc) pinout problem

Sir
I buy a new easy jtag box with which I get jtag-isp adapter(moorc). But I can not understand that in case of direct emmc pinout where the wires should be sholdered for 2.8V and 1.8V and dato.

Moreover the red light does not turn on when I insert usb cable. Is it normal or there is any problem with this adapter.

Please help........

See the picture of my 1st post. My adapter can be connected only one way.

I am attaching a pic where the adapter is connected with the box.

Hi, I have detected an error in the JTAG-ISP adapter (MOORC), you have exchanged the supply Vcc-Vccq on the solder pads in the Easy-jtag box.
