1) At log are no errors
2) you need to write latest firmware, like G355HXXS0AQA6 (05.01.2017), but you wrote a ANH version (08.2014)

Already i wiped & write full dump v1 - v2 and other dump from internet

Why did you flashed it ? Did you flashed wrong firmware? Give some details of the phone condition before flashing.

but i don't remember why - Because the flashing is a long time ago
