micromax a111 hang on logo, jtag repair problem:

always getting the below error:

please suggest what is the problem, unable to connect, pinouts are soldered properly, usb cable and battery also connected to phone.
i have soldered all 8 adapter pinouts which is given with new easy jtag plus box. i have soldered Srst to Nrst point?

Now the phone is connecting after closing easy jtag classic suite and restarting the suite, now phone connecting but flashing fails at about approximate 70% with jtag bin file, it takes too much time, so I'll try again tomorrow and post the logs if it fails

jtag flashing complete, but phone in same condition after successful flash, hang on canvas logo.......
