my box is working, but shows "Lost Connection with security card"

In few boxes in plastic mold there are bug , fix are easy. You can solder by yourself this jumper or ask reseller to replace box.

I have new easy jtag made FROM METAL, it says:
connection to protection card has been lost
software will be closed now.

ARE I MUST OPEN THE BOX AND TAKE JUMPER TOO?

METAL BOX, not plastic box.

Hi,
Probably your pcb has old revision (Rev 4.5) and need small soldering point.
Rework instruction here:
https://gyazo.com/dbb00a2a7e844f890bb4a1569223b183
New pcb revision (Rev 4.6) doesn't need this rework (look instruction).
Check your pcb and solder jumper as shown.
If you still have warranty, contact your reseller.
