i have same issue
actually i don't know the right process
here i tell you what i am doing

1. soldered the eMMC
2. open the eMMC TOOL section in software z3x-jtag
3. clicked on Dtect emmc Card
4. wright eMMC Card
5. selected the file EMMC_ROM2_00000000_00200000.bin which i downloaded fron shell
6. got the following error

this problem is bad wire comunication with emmc adapter bro, you can check this solder wire point emmc ok, i can repair 40 mobilphone emmc i9300 full work bro. you can contac me ok.
