New BGA 162 eMMC from BIWIN

Hi,
the emmc made by BIWIN, marked BWS32AH5 C+2L.
Tried to connect as common bga162 pinout, with pullup to 1.8V, still get CMD Timeout Error.
Is it not supported by EasyJTAGPlus yet or am i doing something wrong?

add capacitor to VDDI pin
if connection is ok - you eMMC may be dead

i think it isnt emmc, it's nand mcp.
if you use easy-jtag plus with nand socket, you can try with this pin out.

cNAND is more likely, but it's size 512 and using socket EasyJTAG is not able to identify chip. I could try to use custom layout, but can not find datasheet for page size, peges per block etc.

Thank you.
I have NaND Adapter, can i use direct pinout to connect to it, instead of using soldering adapter? What pins should be connected?

If you want to connect it - you need use wires.
Name of pins is marked at PCB of adapter (you need connect ~20 wires)

in this case, the shipment and the fee itself will be expensive, so they were released in a limited edition for those who ordered. if you are satisfied with the price around $ 15, then we will try to send you
