oppo a3s back camera not work after remove pattern


z3x team

after remove pattern oppo a3s cph1803 back camera not work only black screen show front camera working good

i try on 2 set first i ignored but last Saturday i unlocked one now customer
tell me back camera is not working

i don't have log or screen shot
log not save in z3x folder

please help me to resolve this issue

but now two mobile show this issue

can i full flash a3s with easy jtag

may hardware problem not a bugs by easy jtag

you can damage camera lines by removing metal plate cover
