Please, try this pinout:

I think it's another pcb revision.
Pinout looks similar to pinout from our support, except 2.8V point.
If it doesn't work, try to find correct 2.8V[VCC] point by multimeter (when plug USB, this voltage should be 2.85-3.0V):

P5100 i have 1 tab i chnged emmc and write fimware update and extcd but log say no boot pratsion enable like (i9060)
Im m little confused P5100 have boot partision 1 enable or not
or my extcd backup is worng if u have tested extcd please share support area not have extcd

Had just found solution for this problem
The problem is that your adapter had voltage drop and bad connection so the signal voltage not stable.
U need 10k ohm pull up to 1.8v from cmd signal, and 51k ohm pull up to 3.3v to dat0 signal. that all

first the command (CMD) has to be "connect".
& if it doesn't connect, there problem with soldering, & or Voltage!!!!.

you can drop the voltage to below 3.3v with power supply.
input from 3.3v ~ 5v will output constan 3.3v.
input below 3.3v will draw output accordingly.
so if you need volt below 3.3v, just lower voltage on ps.

i use this similar adapter, & it work find for me.
