please suggest a good paste for isp pinout soldering


please suggest a good paste for isp pinout soldering i have max gold soldering white paste, till now i m able to connect only 2 phones on isp connection, 1 repaired succesfully and returned all other phones as always getting cmd timeout error. mainly cmd, clk and dat0 ic not at all catching the solder. other ic are quick to solder, please help?

Paste brand does not matter. You should use microscope for connection. Cmd, Clk and Data0 Connections alway give problem like cmd time out connection.

yes, i forgot to mention, i use microscope. but the problem is not about not able to see points but soldering iron not catching those 3 ic points, other ic i am able to solder is there some different technique to solder iron on these 3 ic. please suggest something?

use good and hot tip solder, apply small rosin or flux on Resistor/Caps, if still not connect you need add small solder wire on component do it fast, or component maybe will stick on your solder
that method will help when you face lead free solder.

Very Good tips, helped a lot for soldering, first time I did a very clean soldering
