Why do you need pinout? all S1 emmc same, just change and flash done.
You can take emmc from i897, P1000, I9000, T959...

everybody cant remove alive emmc from any phone,so emmc dump write is a hope to repair phone without changing emmc.

usually No need direct eMMC for any phone with supported by JTAG Interfaece but Yo can see M110s Direct Pinout:
