pls supporter need help i9300 dead


befor i9300 open and hang on samsung logo
e:amount faild red link
i tray by direct emmc point
format factory emmc movinand format
and change soze boot partion to 2 m
and siz rpmb to 512
when repair extCSD error ack and done
write boot ok
write dump ok
now phone dead pls help how can i repair it
if i chose rong size pls add corect siz
pls add setup by setup to repair emmc

we have tested last days on many i9300 and n7100.
result is 80% of dead EMMC was back to work
other 20% - need replace, can't do nothing at this moment.
