Problem nand iphone 5s, help me


PROBLEM NAND IPHONE 5S, HELP ME

Hello friends

I got an iphone 5s in recovery mode, I try to flash with itunes with error 4013 result, rebuilt tracks where they break the screws and the same problem comes out

I desoldo the nand, clean, reballing and connect to the easy jtag plus, here the log:

3-Write iConfig For Selective Device
4-Write Original Numbers [SN MAC ETC]
5-Click WRITE ICONFIG FOR SELECTED DEVICE
Then I Resoldered NAND
But When I Try To Restore VIA iTunes
restores without errors excellent

but it does not let me activate the iphone, because it has another serial than the original one, when giving in the logo (i) it can be seen in the screen of the iphone already restored

I desoldo again the nand and I connect to the box and here the logo:

questions
1-why is this new sn: DNQL96T4F888 on the display of the iphone, wrong original data does not let me activate iphone

2- my nand is exactly H2JTDG8UD1BMR is not supported?

sete "Erase User data" when Write config, also select correct mode (x64)
