Problem using easy jtag box on windows 7 32bit - GSM-Forum

Hi,
Friends I am having problem using easy jtag box on windows 7 32 bit. I have installed shell and easy jag software also. When I click on card info button in shell it shows all information related to the box. When I click on run hardware wizard it shows card is connected and when I try to click on update easyjtag box , the option is disabled. When I open easy jtag box software , it shows smart card is not detected.

Please help me.

remove your easy jtag smart card and connect smart card in smart card reader means ( umt dongle , infinity best dongle)

Then you can easily get your card updated again.

after card update put card in easy jtag box
