I see it happen more often than I thought ! Last year I had exactly that same situation ! First of all no one side (reseller and provider) believe me that it could happen ! Lot of corenspondence and feeling be threated like cheater ....

I had enough lucky my activation was purchased in last 180 days (at that day)
and payment done by paypal ! I recover money not activation but advantage was I could buy Easy Jtag Plus than

I give advice .... try recover money coz its really hard to prove anything

Good day! Tell me please by mistake - what to do?
I have a new Easy-Jtag Plus on a laptop with Windows 7 32-bit.

Shell v4.8.3, EasyJtag_Release_v2.9.0.3.
Card SN - xxxxxxxx
Card Type - New Top Card
Card version - 2.2
Reseller: gsmsources
Card activated - 2018-06-20
Card SN - xxxxxxxx
Reseller: gsmsources
Card activated - 2018-06-20
Download limit per day - 20
China Editor - NOT available,
Lg Tool - NOT available,
Samsung Tool PRO - NOT available,
Easy Jtag - activated 2018-06-22
Easy Jtag Plus - activated 2018-06-22

When the EasyJTAG Tool starts, it does not start (EMMc also has an error - does not see the box):
Wrong card, installed in the box reader use only Z3X card.
Use Z3X Shell to check software activation or contact support.
Software will be closed now.

Files are downloaded through the shell.

The problem is solved - Repair dead card in Hardware Wizard.

Helo experts plz help me just now i bought z3x jtag plus box but i cant update the card its telling this card is not from z3x team now what to do plz help me . Thank u i advance
