s4 sgh-i337m stuck in boot logo easy jtag now dead

I had an s4 that was stuck on logo and wouldn't boot into recovery. It also said warranty bit in yellow.

I tried reflashing through Odin but it didn't fix the issue.

Then I tried using easy jtag repair and it said all operations completed successfully so I desoldered the jtag wires to try and boot into download mode only to find that the device would no longer power on and showed up in qhusb mode on my computer.

What did I do wrong guys? Is there any way to fix this or did I fry my emmc?

Device was fully working and then failed after an update and got stuck on logo...only after Z3x easy jtag repair did it have no power and show up as qhusb. I really don't think it's the emmc. You have any other suggestions?

I tried writing a complete (16gb) dump from a working phone and it is still saying set warranty bit: kernel and stuck on logo and saying set warranty bit: recovery when trying to boot into recovery mode.

At this point I think it is likely that my emmc is gone but is there any software reformat I can do?

Also, there is no rom1 and rom2 files on shell support. What partition and/or preset do I need to read off a working phone to try and write to the device thats stuck on logo?
