Thumbs up Samsung I9300 Null Null after EMMC reblaced, not Baseband IC


Dear All,

I faced this problem many many times, i got S3 I9300 with dead boot after i change emmc phone working but imei null null, i changed emmc again with another one phone work fine imei is ok, so it is not baseband problem at least in my case it is emmc problem, i connect the first emmc direct to jtag and i can browse the files and write the dump 100% ok the i used it with the same phone again imei null null

how to fix the emmc problem

Did you update emmc firmware?
After update firmware dont write extcd file just update boot config.

If phone cp hardware is ok then its emmc partitions problem.

Try easyjag plus select pit and flash efs modem direct to emmc.

It's hardware isuue.first chek emmc ic is good? Second may be over heat basband ic when change emmc..

emmc is good phone working and cp baseband good no overheat if i change emmc i get imei ok

listen to me bro have one mother bored with 2 emmc chips one of them working fine with imei and the other one working fine with no imei so baseband ic is ok i tested it it is something wrong with the emmc and my question is how to fix it since it is accepting dump file on jtag direct emmc

yup i think baseband ic is over heat i also face this problem every time i change emmc ic for i9300 sometime i got null imei..

Hi
This is hw problem of eMMC chip in page size512k and no way for repair
original eMMC B503 is expensive so everyone buy used (second hand) emmc then it's normal sometimes some eMMC have a some problem
