Z3x Easy Jtag Card Update Issue

Recently i have purchased Z3x Easy Jtag from reseller GsmSolution
when trying to update not allowed (from 1.5 to 2.2)

Card SN: AAFXXFXX
Card Type:New Top Card
Card Version:1.5
Reseller:GSM Sources
Card Activated:01/09/2017

WHEN TRY TO UPGRADE SHOWS " Fail: max 3 unsuccessful attemp per day. /Too many attempts can damage your card AAFXXFXX)
Also be shure that correct card selected.

Please advice and help to solve

I tried now to update the card but now it says server not found. What's happening? I have another Z3X box enabled for samsung and LG and I've never had any problems. Who helps me?

But is there a valid support for this box stage ????? over 90 views and no one to give me answers? I thought the Z3X team was one of the most valid but I have but I must think badly

Hi,

Please, try to update Easy-Jtag card in the external card reader.
In some cases, card can stuck in some types of card readers, included box internal card reader.
We are trying to figure out this problem.

Yes you can use card reader

I tried using another sim reader and also changing operating system and using windows XP but the problem always remains "server not found"

Closed access for messages from other users!

I did the tests and I list the results: I used the card of my z3x active box for lg and samsung in my easy jtag, at this point I ran the easy jtag Connectivyti Diag v1.0 software in the driver folder to this point I read the box and the card with this software getting all the data of both the easy jtag and the card.

Checking if JTAG present ...
Found EASY Jtag BOX "Easy Jtag Control Port (COM10)
Box HWID "USB \ VID_0325 & PID_0032 & REV_0100 & MI_00

At this point, I did the same procedure using the easy jtag card I can not upgrade from version 1.5 to 2.2 to get this result:
