I have the same error at different boards .
What could be wrong ?

Connect battery and usb.

I tried with battery , without battery , with USB , without USB , with and without pull-up resistors .

Then try to remove chip from board and then check.

Usually chip damaged in this model need to change.

you can try to use search button in forum to be sure about connect work or not.

I have this problem on several boards : G531F , A500FU (2 pieces) and now G630 .
I think is something wrong with the adaptor or the box .

Can you tell me what to check ?

In i9195 chip is sandisk ? If sandisk then must be change.
