SanDisk SDIN5D2-4G

Does anyone know the Test Point location on this SanDisk eMMC chip? I am getting the Bad eMMC error message. I want to reset the chip and download the device contents for my customer.
I have an LG 730
Prior to disassembly, the device would not boot. Dead.
